Fees and how we charge
You know the price before the contract, and it does not change in it.
Fees for private clients are stated here in full, together with the official fees - two different costs, and the second one never reaches the firm. The amounts are indicative, because we confirm the binding price before the contract. For employers we prepare the quote individually, after talking through the scope.
Our fee and the official fee are two different costs
Every table below carries two amounts. The first is the firm's fee for the work on your case. The second is a statutory charge you pay into the office's account, and it is the same whoever prepared the application.
The split matters when you compare offers. A price that looks lower often leaves out the stamp duty on granting the permit and the PLN 100 for issuing the residence card, and you will pay both in any event.
- Stamp duty on granting a permit: PLN 340 for temporary residence, PLN 440 for temporary residence and work, PLN 640 for permanent residence and for EU long-term resident status.
- Fee for issuing the residence card: PLN 100, payable after a positive decision, separately from the stamp duty.
- Fees for declarations entrusting work and for work permits have applied at their new levels since 1 December 2025.
- Since 5 March 2026 the stamp duty is no longer refunded if the office refuses the permit or discontinues the proceedings. It used to be refundable, so a mistake in the application now costs you the fee as well as the decision.
Fees for private clients
These amounts apply to cases run for private individuals. Where the same matter has two variants, the difference is scope: run to decision means the firm acts as your representative until the proceedings end, while without running the case means we prepare and file a complete application and you take it from there.

We handle work legalisation for employers: declarations and notifications of entrusted work, work permits, single-permit applications, monitoring the expiry dates of your foreign staff's documents, and correspondence with the authorities.
Several models of cooperation are possible, from single matters to ongoing service. We match the scope to the company, so we prepare the quote individually.

What the quote depends on
- The type of matter: a first permit application is a different scope from an appeal against a refusal.
- The state of the documents: a complete set shortens the work, gaps lengthen it.
- The stage at which you come to us: a case before filing and a case after an official request take different effort.
- The scope of the power of attorney: a single submission, or running the whole proceedings.
How a quote comes about
- You describe the case in a messenger or through the form.
- We say quickly whether the firm can take it.
- At the consultation we assess the legal basis, the documents and the risks.
- We name a price and a scope, and once you accept them we write them into the contract.
Official fees as at July 2026
Official fees follow from legislation and change with it, and the one that binds is the one in force on the day the application is filed. The amounts in these tables are current as at July 2026, and we check them again before filing your case.

Questions about this
What is the difference between running the case and filing the application?
They are two different scopes, which is why the prices differ. Where the case is run to decision the firm acts as your representative: it receives the correspondence from the office, answers official requests, watches the deadlines and represents you until the proceedings end. In the variant without running the case we prepare and file a complete application, and you handle the correspondence with the office yourself.
Do I pay the official fee to the firm?
No. The stamp duty on granting the permit and the fee for issuing the residence card are paid into the office's account. We show them next to our own rates so that the full cost of the case is visible, but they never appear on the firm's invoice.
Is the consultation paid?
The consultation is a service with its own price, which we give you before it is arranged. If you instruct us to run the case, its cost is credited against the fee.
Can the price rise mid-case?
The price written into the contract is fixed for the agreed scope. If the case goes beyond that scope, for instance an appeal stage is added, we agree that separately before the new stage begins.
How is a quote for a company prepared?
We quote employer work individually, because the scope depends on the scale of hiring and on how much of the paperwork stays with your HR team.
